1960s Disneyland Ashtray Holder with Two Ashtrays - ID: may22200

A beautiful personal ashtray holder and ashtray set from Disneyland. Featuring Tinker Bell and Sleeping Beauty Castle, the set was originally sold at the Disneyland Park in the 1960s, when smoking was considered a cultural norm. The lid is removed to reveal two personal ashtrays that each feature a gold-tone Disneyland logo. The castle image on the lid of the box can be seen on other ceramic pieces of that era to create home decor collections. Each ashtray measures 4"x3" with the box measuring 5.5"x4" and 2" deep. The set is in very good condition with some tape residue on the bottom and a miniscule chip on the box lid. There also appears to be some darker coloring on the lid that may be a production inconsistency.
