Featuring an adorable image of Jiminy Cricket on the cover, the 4-page poll includes statistical information on Disneyland cast member ethnicity, age, sex, employment status, education, and years working with the company, for the year 1978. The 4-page letter thanks the 5,280 employees who participated in the poll, and details the "major concerns" of cast members. Measuring 11"x8.5" each, the poll and letter are in very good condition with slight discoloration, minimal edge and corner wear, and creasing at the top left corner to the stapled letter.
