An original production cel and background from the Nelvana Studios animated series "The Care Bears" (1985-1988). Featuring a charming image of Brave Heart in a buggy pulled by a dinosaur, the hand-painted cel and background were created at the studio and used during the animation process. Both pieces represent actual frames of animation that appear in the series. The cel appears in the episode titled "Grumpy's Little Friend" which aired on November 8, 1988, and the background appears in the episode titled "Bad Luck Friday" which aired on November 10, 1988. Measuring 10.5"x15.75" overall, with the character image measuring 7"x13", the cel and background are in very good condition with light line wear and a crease on the cel.
